AI Search Visibility / for course creators and coaches
Be the answer
AI recommends.
When your buyer asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, or Gemini for the best in your category, the answer is already being formed. Oppority finds out exactly what it says today, and ships the work each month so the answer becomes you.
The shift
Google sent traffic. AI sends a verdict.
For two decades, search engines returned ten links and let the buyer choose. Today, an AI assistant returns one short paragraph and three names. If your name is one of them, you grow. If not, you may as well not exist.
The mechanics that put you on that shortlist are not the mechanics that ranked you on Google. New citations, new schema, new entity signals, new answer-engine sources. Most creators have not started. The window to win position is open right now, and closing fast.
What we sell
Three ways in. Most start with the audit.
We ask the four major AI engines what they currently say about your category, your competitors, and you. You get a 12-page report with screenshots, a gap diagnosis, and the exact next moves.
- 20+ buyer-intent prompts run across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini
- Side-by-side comparison vs the three competitors AI names most
- Source map: which sites the AIs are actually citing in your category
- 30-day playbook of fixes, ranked by leverage
We do the highest-leverage 8 to 12 fixes from your audit ourselves. Schema, source-of-truth pages, distribution to the citation surfaces AI prefers, and a re-test to prove movement.
- All on-site changes implemented (no dev work on your side)
- Authority placements on AI-preferred citation surfaces
- Before / after answer-engine snapshots
- Handoff doc so your team can maintain it
We hold the position. Every month: re-test across all four engines, ship 4 to 6 new authority signals, and adjust as the models update. You get a one-page status note instead of a deck.
- Monthly re-test across all four engines
- 4 to 6 fresh authority signals shipped per month
- Competitor watch and counter-moves
- Cancel any month, no notice required
How it works
Five steps. Same five every time.
- 01
Define the question
We agree on the 20 to 30 buyer-intent prompts your real customers would actually type. Not vanity prompts, real ones.
- 02
Test the engines
We run those prompts across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini. Same day. Screenshots and source citations captured.
- 03
Map the gap
We show you who is being recommended instead of you, and the specific citation surfaces driving those recommendations.
- 04
Ship the fixes
Either you take the playbook and execute, or we run the sprint. Each fix is sized in hours, ranked by impact, with the exact deliverable named.
- 05
Re-test, hold, expand
We re-test on a known cadence. As the models update, we adapt. The position is something you hold, not win once.
Who this is for
Online course creators and coaches who already have an audience.
Oppority is built for one buyer profile and we will not pretend otherwise. If you sell knowledge or coaching to consumers, have a flagship offer between $300 and $10,000, and an audience large enough that a single new student moves your month, the work compounds quickly.
Strong fit signals
- Flagship course or cohort, $300 to $3,000.
- Audience above 5,000 across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Substack, or email.
- Niche specific enough that you can name your top three competitors in one breath.
- You have already noticed buyers saying things like “I asked ChatGPT and it told me to look at...”
Not a fit
- Get-rich, crypto, forex, dropshipping, or trading-signal offers.
- Pre-revenue, pre-audience, or pre-offer.
- B2B SaaS, financial services, identity, healthcare RCM.
Who is behind this
Run by one operator, by design.
Oppority is run by Jay Shende, an engineer with more than a decade of experience shipping data and decisioning systems at global scale. The work is done personally, end to end. Audits are read by Jay. Sprints are executed by Jay. Replies come from Jay.
The company stays deliberately small because the work is judgment work, not throughput work. You are not handed off, and you do not pay for an account manager.

Questions
Answers, briefly.
- How is this different from SEO?
- SEO ranks pages on a list of links. We do not. We work on what an AI assistant says in a single paragraph reply, which is sourced from a different and much smaller set of citation surfaces. There is real overlap (a strong SEO foundation helps), but the levers, the metrics, and the deliverables are different. If your SEO consultant is not running prompts across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini every month, they are not doing this work.
- Why now? Why not wait six months?
- The training cycles of the major models are right now. Models that ship in the next six to nine months will encode whatever authority signals exist this quarter. By the time you wait, your category is decided. The cost of entry today is hours; the cost of entry in 2027 is a year of ground-up rebuilding.
- What if my brand is already in the answer?
- Then we widen the moat. We work to make sure the AIs cite you for adjacent prompts as well, name you first when several names are listed, and continue to do so as the models retrain. Position is not a one-time win.
- Do I need to do work?
- For the audit, you give us your site and a 15-minute call. For the sprint, you approve a few drafts. For the retainer, you do nothing unless you want to. The point of paying us is so you do not have to learn this.
- How do I pay?
- Lemon Squeezy invoice by default. PayPal on request. Crypto (USDT TRC20) on request. We are merchant-of-record clean — your accountant gets a real invoice.
- What if it does not work?
- The audit is the audit; you keep the report regardless. The sprint includes a re-test that proves movement; if the re-test shows no movement on the prompts we agreed to optimise, we extend the sprint at no charge until it does.
